Huskers to Celebrate 300th Consecutive Sellout with 1962 Throwback Uniforms

When Nebraska hosts Louisiana-Lafayette on Sept. 26, 2009, a wonderful moment in Husker football history will be celebrated. Memorial Stadium, home to the Cornhuskers since 1923, will celebrate an unprecedented and NCAA-record 300 consecutive sellouts with the third sellout of the 2009 season. The Louisiana-Lafayette game will begin at 6 p.m. and will be available to the public via pay per view through Fox Sports Net.

Three Non-Conference Home Games to Be Available on Pay-per-View

Nebraska and FOX Sports Midwest announced on Tuesday that Nebraska's three non-conference home games will be available on pay-per-view telecasts. The two parties also announced the extension of the school's basketball package with the network.
